A Glimpse into the Ethereal Beauty of the Natural World
Laura is based in Cheshire and works with oils on canvas and board to create what she likes to call "a glimpse into the ethereal beauty of the natural world". Nature is her solace and her muse and she wants to share that with others. She says “I want my art to be more than realistic, to represent the otherworldly spirit of nature.”
The natural world is essential to her creative thinking, surrounded by towering trees and overwhelmed by the timeless qualities of the forest and the wildlife that inhabits it, her love of nature and interest in mythology infuses her art with a characteristic glow and reveals the fragile splendour of the outside world.
